Beautifully restored 19th century Provencal farmhouse located just outside the historic village of Malaucène, famous for its 13th century Saint-Michel church. The farmhouse is ideally located at the crossroads of cycling enthusiasts, between Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, in the heart of Provence, between Vaison-la-Romaine, Carpentras and Avignon, the fortified city of the Popes.

The farmhouse offers a comfortable living space of 140 m² with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 adults. The 35 square meters living room has a sofa bed for 2 additional people, usually children. The terrace includes a dining table next to the kitchen, a pétanque court, a sunbathing area and a swimming pool area.

The house includes a fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room with high ceilings. The well-being of the living spaces is ensured by reversible air conditioning with two wood stoves, one inserted in a traditional fireplace, the other in the living room which is decorated in a Provencal style which coexists with paintings by contemporary artists Francine Simonin and Philippe Visson.

Two of the bedrooms have quality double beds and the last one has two single beds. All rooms have reversible air conditioning and share a magnificent view of the garden and the surroundings. The master bedroom offers privacy with its own bathroom and its enclosed terrace with its old well and a spectacular view of the village.

There is a stone swimming pool of 3.5 by 5.5 meters and the pool area has a heated shower. The pool terrace offers privacy and charming views of the landscape. The pool has a mechanical cover which can be used as a safety device. The house has a closed bicycle garage. There is ample parking space available.

Le Mas is located within walking distance of Malaucène, 9 km from the old town of Vaison-la-Romaine, 40 minutes from Avignon (TGV station) and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Marseille Marignane airport.
