HORIZON PROMENADE is a beautiful air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a dream location on the Promenade des Anglais at the city center level. It benefits from a big terrace with magical view on the sea.



The apartment has a classic decoration. Old style, the furniture has molded, carved, gilded finishes. Beautiful materials such as solid wood and marble are accompanied by beautiful decorative objects. The velvet armchairs and the pretty elegant plaids bring warmth and refinement.



You will be seduced by the two beautiful bedrooms configured as hotel suites with each their private bathrooms.

The two beds with their soft mattress of quality, 22cm thick will be good companions for nights full of dreams.

With the smart TV stay you can access your Netflix account in addition to hundreds of international channels available.



The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. It has a free Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning throughout the apartment.





HORIZON PROMENADE has an ideal location on the Promenade des Anglais, in the city center.

All the must-see places in the city are within a 10-minute walk of the apartment:

- The pedestrian zone and its restaurants

- Jean Médecin shopping avenue

- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)

- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)





A few meters from the apartment, you will find bus stations and bike stations Blue, allowing you to move easily throughout Nice.



The train station is a few minutes walk away.



Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

The room also has a small table and two chairs.

It includes a double bed with a 22 cm thick plush mattress, a wardrobe, two coffee tables and a desk. The room overlooks the terrace and is air conditioned.

The bathroom has a sink, a bathtub, a heated towel rail, a toilet, a bidet and a hairdryer.



BEDROOM 2 + BATHROOM 2:

It includes a KING SIZE bed with a 22 cm high plush mattress and a chest of drawers. The room is air conditioned.

The bathroom has a washbasin with illuminated mirror, a shower, a heated towel rail, toilets and a hairdryer.



TERRACE:

It has a dining table and 4 chairs.
