From the pool or its terraces, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the hills of the Massif des Maures.

The stunning sandy beaches of l'Argentière, Cabasson, and l'Estagnol are just a few minutes away. It's a 20-minute drive to Hyères, 20 minutes to Bormes Les Mimosas, or 25 minutes to Le Lavandou. Saint Tropez is 40 minutes away. The starting point of the Valcros Golf course is a 5-minute drive.

The villa, with an area of approximately 190 sqm, consists of 5 bedrooms accommodating 10 people.

On 2 levels:
Ground floor: a large living/dining area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with two twin beds (80*200) with a bathroom and separate toilet.

Upstairs: an independent shower room, a toilet, 4 bedrooms, a shower room with a separate toilet.

The first bedroom consists of: 3 single beds (80*200).
The second bedroom consists of: 2 twin beds (80*200) and opens onto the solarium. It is connected to the third bedroom.
The third bedroom consists of: 2 twin beds (80*200).
The fourth bedroom consists of: 2 twin beds (80*200).
To be paid on-site: Security deposit €1400 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €140.
