The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this splendid house for rent, which can comfortably accommodate 5 travellers, in a quiet location in the centre of Bordeaux. It has two large bedrooms. It has a large, private garden and a private parking space. If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Bordeaux, whether on business or on holiday/weekends, don't miss out on a stay in this unique setting! This magnificent house is located in a green and peaceful setting. Bed linen and towels of hotel quality 4* are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
With a surface area of 95 m², the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200)
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC
The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
When you stay at L'Arcachonnaise, you're in the centre of Bordeaux, a 5-minute walk from tramway line A (Hôtel de Police stop), and 4 stops from Place Pey Berland with its famous cathedral. On foot, you are 1 km from Rue Sainte-Catherine, the longest pedestrian street in Europe, and 1.5 km from Bordeaux's historic quarter with all its restaurants and bars.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space.
