Casa Cocoon is a bright apartment of 45 m2, like a small house, with a contemporary and bohemian spirit. It is furnished with taste and harmony and offers maximum comfort. It is exposed east and west, with a small terrace-patio to admire the sunsets. It is attached to Casa Zen (From December 29, possibility to rent the two houses together).

Occupancy: 2 people (possibility 2 extra people extra).
Inside :
- fully equipped functional kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, coffee maker, kettle) open to living room
- a living area with 1 large sofa bed with 140 beds
- a bedroom with king-size bed of 180 (or 2 beds of 90 as needed), shelves and wardrobe
- a shower room and WC
Outside :
A west facing terrace with a table and 4 chairs.

THE DISTRICT
Casa Cocoon is located in the small village of Lajares, north of the island of Fuerteventura. Lajares, a small village at the foot of a volcano, brings together a community of artists, surfers, artisans, in a bohemian spirit. It is at the crossroads of El Cotillo, a fishing village, Corralejo, a lively little town, and Majanicho, a village at the end of the world.
