Cleaning is optional for 60 €. It will be charged at the end of the stay if the apartment is not returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.
A neighbor is mandated to welcome you.

Terms of cancelation:

Unlike the "fixed" cancellation of the site, the conditions are as follows:
In the event of cancellation by the tenant intervening up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded. From 60 days and until arrival, the deposit will remain with the owner, unless the latter finds a new tenant for the same period and at the same price. In the event of cancellation due to an infringement by the owner, the deposit must be returned in full.
