A spacious house, 136 m2, in a typical area of Morzine, on the sunny side. 10 min walk from the Tourism Office, 5 min walk from the nautical center and the Super Morzine, Avoriaz base for skiing and hiking and mountain biking.
A regular shuttle service 100 m from the house takes you to the Portes du Soleil slopes and to the Morzine ski school.
Without a car, you can therefore go to various activities: ice rink, swimming pool, summer toboggan, horse riding, daycare, hiking ...

In summer, large garden with garden furniture, barbecue, ping pong.
And the Multipass formula offers you the possibility of enjoying the many activities of the Portes du Soleil: tennis, swimming pool, lakes, chairlift, cable cars ... for 2 € per day and per person over the duration of your stay.

In winter, the Office du tourisme vpus offers a 10% discount on ski passes purchased 10 days before your arrival in Morzine.
