This accommodation of 30 m2 air-conditioned, benefits from a terrace balcony done up with a living room of garden and a deckchair. This apartment has:
 - a living room with a sofa, a 82 cm flat screen TV and a reversible air conditioning
 - a kitchen area in the living room equipped with: oven, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils -
 - 1 Bedroom with a bed of 160X200 equipped with a quality French bedding (brand Duvivier) and an open dressing room.
- 1 bathroom with a vanity unit two drawers, 1 WC

We offer you as an option:
- The Pack linen (bed made on your arrival, towels and tea towels): 35 € / person

A deposit of 200 € will be required upon your arrival either by check not cashed or bank card not debited and will be returned after the inventory of places of exit.
