The house has two bedrooms of 13 m2 and one of 10 m2 located upstairs, near a bathroom (with bath).

Each has:

1 ready-to-use double bed (sheets + duvet depending on the season + one pillow per person), 1 bedside table, 1 dressing room, 1 lamp, 1 chair, 2 bath towels and electric shutters.

On the ground floor, there is a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed (with a mattress topper for optimal comfort), an equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor, oven, fridge). freezer) and a private garden of 74m2.

2 parking spaces on request (not suitable for large vans).
