The Etchole cottage is new and spacious. It is located in Bastide-Clairence, classified as the most beautiful village in France. It is an ideal starting point to enjoy the Basque Country. Halfway between ocean and mountain, and between the Landes and Spain.


The cottage is spacious (70m2) and is completely new. It is on the ground floor of a house of traditional Basque construction.
It overlooks the village with a beautiful view of the hills and in particular the Baïgura massif.
It has an independent entrance, and can accommodate a couple with children.


An independent entrance on the ground floor will give you direct access to the gîte. Your car can be easily parked in the courtyard next to the gîte at no additional cost.

Other remarks
Bed linen and household linen (hand towels, bath mat, tea towels) available on request at an additional cost:
Bed linen 160 fitted sheet / duvet cover and 2 pillowcases): 10 € / bed
Household linen: 5 € / person

The cleaning must be done before departure.
Possibility to choose a cleaning package in addition:
50 € if stay of 7 days and more
20 € if stay less than 7 days

Washing machine and dryer extra: washing with detergent € 5 and € 5 for drying
