The apartment is located in a quiet area of Argelès Plage, between the pines 100 meters from shops (bakery, restaurants, newspapers, bars, ...) and 300 meters from the beach.

There is a private parking space near the building.

The 29m2 apartment is located on the second and last floor of a small building.

It is equipped with a kitchen with: hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary accessories and a washing machine.

Side lounge, you will find a table and 4 chairs, a convertible sofa bed and a TV.

In the room, two single beds are at your disposal, you can bring them closer if you wish, you will have direct access to the terrace.

The terrace of 9 m2 is perfect to enjoy the sun on the deck chairs (not overlooked) or to sit around a meal.
It is accessible from the living room and bedroom.

You will have wifi throughout the apartment.

The terrace is oriented northeast, which will allow you to enjoy the morning sun until early afternoon.
