Villa

Completely renovated, equipped and air-conditioned, the villa of 250m ² includes a large living room SAM with direct sea view, a lounge with flat screen, dvd player and open fire; 4 bedrooms with double bed and flat screen (3 bedrooms with balcony and 2 bedrooms with sea view), two shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, machine espresso coffee, American fridge, toaster, juicer, ...) and a laundry room with tumble dryer, washing machine and iron. Other equipment: 5 bicycles are available (2 adults and 3 children (from 5 to 11 years old).
Location: 20 m from the beach and 150 m from the shops, restaurants and the center of Narbonne-Plage where are organized in summer, many free activities: in the morning: stretching classes, abdo-glutes, step which are given on the dam. In the evening, outdoor concerts (until midnight maximum). Many hiking opportunities (the clape 2 km is a beautiful place!) or sports (skite surfing, sand yachting, jet ski, riding center, spa area 6km).
