The crossing accommodation is located on the 1st floor with independent entrance in a small quiet building in the heart of Vals Les Bains, spa town of southern Ardèche, close to all shops and 400 m from the thermal baths and the thermal park.
It consists of 2 rooms: a living room with fully equipped kitchen (hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine ...) with small balcony and a living room with sofa bed, table bass and TV + DVD player. A bedroom with a large 140x190 bed, a folding 80x190 bed and large closets. A small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Electric heating in all rooms.
The price is 200 Euros per week in low season (November to March) with extra heating and 300 Euros TTC in high season. Reduced price for spa guests on request. Minimum stay 3 nights. Possible cleaning costs 30 Euros.
In Vals les Bains, you are 45 minutes from the A7 motorway, 30 minutes from the Ardèche gorges and its caves, 45 minutes from the Ardèche mountains and 2 h 30 from the coast. Many picturesque sites and listed villages nearby.
