Recently renovated, our apartment "Port de la Houle" (80m2) located on the 2nd floor of a typical building of Cancale at Port de la Houle offers a high standing accommodation service. It is very suitable for families and small groups of friends, wishing to enjoy an exceptional sea view journey (2 windows with sea view) in a cozy and modern apartment.
The apartment has 3 separated bedrooms and sleeping space; one bathroom and separated toilets. The kitchen is entirely equipped (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.) and a washing machine is provided. All the furnitures of the apartment are brand new! PLUS: there is a reserved parking space for our guests!
Located at the famous Port de la Houle, you will have easy access by walking distance to a large choice of restaurants and shops in the city center; but you will also enjoy the calm during the stay thanks to the location of the apartment! There is a direct access from the building to the beach (10 meters). Everything is reachable by walking distance!
