This modern, spacious 100m² chalet offers comfortable living space for 10 people.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette and fondue maker, electric kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.

The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people (160x200), a television and a DVD player. The charm of this room is its wood-burning stove.
The chalet has its own wifi connection.

The sleeping area comprises
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200)
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) + 1 single bed (90x200)

The chalet also has :
- a shower room with WC
- a shower room
- a separate WC

For your convenience, the chalet has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
It has a south-east-facing terrace and private garden with garden furniture, barbecue, petanque area and swing.

GOOD TO KNOW :
- For the wood-burning stove, the 1st bag of wood is free, subsequent bags are at the tenant's expense.

- 1 cot, 1 high chair and 1 baby bath
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED
- The chalet has a garage for one car and 2 outside parking spaces.
- End-of-stay cleaning INCLUDED
- Bed linen is INCLUDED and the accommodation is equipped with duvets and pillows
- Bathroom linen NOT INCLUDED
- A deposit of 800€ is required on arrival (by cheque or in cash).
