Cozy studio of 27m², well equipped including a sleeping area with two bunk beds and a sofa BZ in the main room. Bathroom with bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, raclette service. Numerous storage. A small balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountain and the center of the resort.
All shops are on site (bakery, supermarket, post office, tourist office, day-care center ...). Proximity of the departure of the tracks and the excursions.
Winter: 50 km of downhill ski slopes, snowshoes, ice rink, snowpark ..
Summer: heated pool, Paragliding school, mountain biking, acrobranche, health trail ..
Nautical base of Serre-Ponçon 10 minutes (swimming, fishing, boat rental ...)
An individual cellar is at your disposal to deposit your ski equipment.
Minimum two nights: 130 euros then price per night for the following days depending on the season (except week 51: 4 days minimum)
Linen is not included. It is possible to rent sheets and towels for 12euros per bed (on request directly to the owner on booking)
A security deposit of 250 euros will be requested upon booking and will be returned at the end of stay if no damage has been found and the household does.
Cleaning option 45 euros (on request directly to the owner)
