Cocoonr is offering this charming Dinard-style house for rent, which has been completely and tastefully refurbished by an interior designer. The house has plenty of natural light and a sea view over the Malouine promenade.
Accommodating up to 8 travellers, the accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, opening onto the large sunny terrace.
- A cosy sitting area with two comfortable sofas for all guests. In winter, you can enjoy a cosy log fire. For TV evenings, there is a large selection of French and international channels.
- There are WCs on the ground floor.
- From the kitchen, you have direct access to the terrace and garden.


First floor:
The house has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
- Two bedrooms have a double bed (140 x 190 cm)
- Two bedrooms have two single beds (90*190 cm). In one of these two rooms, the bed is always prepared as a double bed. Please specify when booking if you would prefer it to be made up as a single bed.
Outside area :
- A south-facing wooden terrace with a small view of the beach at L'écluse. In fine weather, you can enjoy the garden furniture, which seats 8.
- You can have lunch on the garden terrace. There is an outside table, a gas hob and a parasol.
- The enclosed garden has three beautiful holm oaks. Ideal for relaxing but also for having a good time and watching the children play!
The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as great boutiques in the centre of Dinard, restaurants, bars and the market that takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday...

Activities:

- Just 20 metres out of the house, you have access to the customs officers' path (Malouine promenade) and access via the stairs to Port Salut beach (Dinard's least crowded beach, an oasis of tranquillity with crystal-clear water).
- Plage de l'écluse is less than 1km away on foot (children's club during opening periods).
- Saint-Malo is a fifteen-minute drive away, and you can take the taxi-boat from the bec de la Vallée slipway in Dinard to Saint-Malo in just 10 minutes. The villages of Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer are a 10-minute drive away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (parking space reserved for 1 vehicle only).
Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (14 km)
Nearest airport: Rennes airport (80 km)

- Parties and evenings are not permitted due to the proximity of the neighbourhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. We will be vigilant about any nuisance, and are counting on you to adopt good neighbourliness rules to ensure that your stay is a pleasant one for everyone.
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying up dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the bins. A supplement will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The house is located in the Pointe de la Malouine area. There are works in the neighbouring houses. There may be some noise pollution during the day (no work is permitted in Dinard from 1 July to 31 August).

On site, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-live-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
