Recently built in wood, ecologically responsible, this residence is located in the heart of a pleasant landscaped area, quiet and private. From each room, holidaymakers can enjoy the soothing view of the outside. 6 people (maximum including babies) can enjoy a very pleasant family stay. The 3 bedrooms include a master suite with toilet and bathroom-shower and 2 bedrooms with individual beds and toilet-bathroom-shower. The large and bright living area has a very well-equipped American-style kitchen. It opens onto a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a plancha and sunbeds available in July/August. The surrounding garden space confirms the zen spirit of the place. To swim, just a few steps in the chalet village to access the unattended indoor pool.



Near the landscaped domain of Saint Hilaire de Riez, you will reach the sandy beach of La Pège, shops and restaurants within a 1 km radius. 4 km away, the centre of Saint Hilaire regularly organises events. Pedestrian and cycling paths allow you to explore the Vendée coastline at your own pace, alternating between beaches, dunes, state forest and coves. Swimming, cycling and walking are the highlights during your stay! To vary activities, you can go fishing from the port of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, test your swing at the Saint Jean de Monts golf course, clam fishing on the coast of the island of Noirmoutier, discover the city of Nantes (85 km) or admire the seaside villas of Les Sables d'Olonne
