Rooms on the 1st floor with access by stairs a little steep. No door between the 2 attic rooms, just a curtain.
Independent kitchen.
Small bathroom with shower and toilet in the same room.
Located in a subdivision of 4 houses including that of the owner. In winter, snow tires or mandatory equipment for access.
Road passing in front of the chalet leading to primary or secondary residences.
