You can come at 6 and sit comfortably with family or friends. The house offers two well-separated sleeping areas, a master suite on the ground floor with a 180x190 bed, a shower room and separate WC, and upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with 1 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90x190 beds, shower room and WC-. The independent kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and all the household appliances necessary for everyday life. There is also a spacious living room with a TV. Kitchen and living room open onto a south-facing patio, while another entrance is at the back of the house where a landscaped courtyard will allow you to park your car. You will find fresh bread every day at the Peter’s bar at 50m but also at the Atelier fermier, grocery store located 200m from the house.
An efficient heating system offers comfort all year round.

The house is located equidistant (2 km) from the remarkable site of Ploumanac'h and its chaos of pink granite or from the main beach of Perros-Guirec "Trestraou", which offers a surf school and a nautical center, la cale boarding pass for the featured tour of the 7-island archipelago and its bird sanctuary, but also a Casino, restaurants and a cinema. Go hiking directly from the house on the coastal paths or in the Traouieros valley. You can also take your bikes to discover the turquoise waters of Trégastel, try your hand at shore fishing on the foreshore of Landrellec or Ile Grande, stop at Pleumeur-Bodou and visit the Cité du Radôme Park. Telecommunications and its Radome, admire the stars in the Planetarium, or relax in the Gaulois Village. Just a stone's throw away, admire the ingenuity of nature conservation enthusiasts who work at the Ecocentre, or choose a few thrilling sequences on the Vivons Perchees estate, adventure park.
