Charming house in the heart of Etretat classified three stars located in a very quiet courtyard with a parking space and an enclosed garden, located 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all shops.
Recently restored with the typical spirit of our region.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, bedroom 1 (160/200 bed) and office.
1st Floor: bedroom 2 (140/190 bed), bedroom 3 (90/190 bed) and closet.
Bed linen, basic groceries, toilet paper, household product are included in the price.
The beds will be made.
Towels are extra:
(A large + a small + a glove) € 5 per person per stay.
Baby kit: deckchair, travel cot with mattress, high chair, bathtub (on request)
Secure key case.
A garden with enclosed terrace: five deckchairs to enjoy the sun, barbecues (a charcoal + an electric).
table and chairs + parasol.
Two bicycles without helmet. ( on demand)
Your pet will be welcome
( a maximum).
Deposit: 300 €
Tourist tax € 1.25 per day per person over 18 years old.
