The main living area, bathed in natural light thanks to its high ceilings, combines a spacious lounge and dining room that open directly onto the outdoors.

You’ll find:

-A bar counter for sharing coffee or a drink

-An extendable dining table seating 6 to 10 guests

-A comfortable lounge area with two large sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a Sonos sound system

The space opens onto a large, well-furnished terrace featuring a shaded dining area, an electric plancha grill, a foosball table, and a relaxing lounge area with sofas and garden furniture around the pool.

🐾 Pets
We are happy to welcome pets in our property, subject to prior approval at the time of booking.
An additional fee of €50 per pet per week applies.
We kindly ask owners to ensure that their pets:

-Do not climb on sofas, beds, or other furniture
-Do not cause any damage inside or outside the property
-And that all waste is collected before departure

In case of non-compliance or damages, part of the security deposit may be retained to cover cleaning or repair costs.

💳 Security Deposit
A €4,000 security deposit is required for the rental.
It is managed via the secure Swikly platform as a pre-authorization (no charge or hold on your card).
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to a satisfactory inspection, the pre-authorization will be automatically released.

🤝 Guest Welcome
Solène, your local expert, will personally welcome you upon arrival and introduce you to the villa.
She will remain available throughout your stay and can assist you with organizing services such as bike or boat rentals, restaurant recommendations, private chef services, babysitting, or local activities.
