We transformed the former hotel restaurant "Pavillon Landais" into a second home for large family gatherings and the establishment of a second architecture agency.
This former hotel designed by the architect Godbarge is one of the jewels of Soutonnaise architecture of the 30s, we wanted to keep the original elements, while adapting the building to an exceptional resort. Its position on the water is unique and each room offers a view of the water.
The building consists of 3 separate apartments, ranging from 100m2 to 330m2 all with a private terrace.
The proposed apartment for this summer is 145 m2 with two private terraces and pontoon. ideal for holidays with children, teenagers and friends. The lake is a source of inexhaustible activities, paddle, oars, fishing, walks, explorations .. or just take a coffee on the terrace.
The property features a tennis court and a shared swimming pool.
The beaches of Landes are 10 km and the city of Hossegor also.
