This 3 story chalet with its amazing view can accommodate 16 people. Of its 140 m2, 30 m2 are dedicated to a fully functioning flat on the ground floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge), a living area with a 2 person sofa-bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The glass doors open on to a small courtyard with an amazing view of Bernex.

On the first floor (the main floor) there is a living room (sofa-bed for 2, TV, wood burner) that opens onto a dining area and kitchen that is equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. These rooms have access to two large balconies that overlook Bernex and its mountains. There is also a bedroom (double bed) and a shower room with toilet on this floor.

The second floor is made up of two bedrooms with double beds and small balconies (one of them also has a single bed, the other a cot), a small mezzanine with two more double beds and a bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet).

There is outside parking for 3 cars.

A twenty minute drive away from Evian, Bernex is the family ski resort of the area and has everything available on site to spend a great vacation either in the winter or the summer. The ski slopes are open from December onwards, and in the summer there are many hiking trails, off-road bike rides or just simple nature walks to look forward to.

Evian, a famous destination in the Haute Savoie known for its thermal baths, and its location between lake Geneva and the Alps.
All year round one can find spa treatments, boat rides to Switzerland, beautiful museum exhibits and game nights at the Casino.
