The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, l'Ernestine, a charming and comfortable house in an ideal location just a few minutes walk from the center of Rennes. This 90 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 travelers.

L'Ernestine is composed as follows:

- Bedroom 1: attic with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: attic with double bed (140x190)

The neighborhood :
Located just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Rennes and its amenities, it offers a green and peaceful environment. It's the ideal location for enjoying the city while benefiting from an unspoilt setting away from any nuisance. You'll feel right at home here, in a house that's been recently renovated and beautifully decorated. It boasts excellent facilities and quality fixtures and fittings.

Activities :
- Walks along the Ille et Rance canal, running trails, sports facilities, etc.
- Take advantage of the Saturday morning market in Place des Lices, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
- Visit Saint-Pierre Cathedral, Place de la Mairie, Place du Parlement and Place Hoche,
- Relax in the Parc du Thabor (20-min walk)

Transport:
- If you come by car, you can park in the accommodation's private car park. Please note that the car park is only suitable for small/standard cars.
- Rennes train station: 12 minutes by public transport and 35 minutes on foot.
- Rennes Bretagne airport 15 minutes away by car.

Other comments:
- Your accommodation will have been carefully prepared by the Cocoonr team.
- Your beds will be made on arrival. Please let us know if you wish to use the sofa bed so that we can prepare it for you.
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- Sheets and towels included.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for free.
