T2 apartment crossing located on the 3rd floor of a residence located 150 m from the beach. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2019.

- Open kitchen fully equipped: dishwasher, oven / microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 closet / wardrobe)
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
- 1 private parking space numbered

Non smoking apartment.

To note :
- sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided - so be sure to bring (2 beds 140x200 and pillows 50x50) -> linen rental possible from the concierge company that will take care of your arrival (20 € -> to see directly with them)
- the expenses of households are not included in the price, we thus expect that the housing is in the same state as that in which you will find it on your arrival -> cleaning possible by the company of concierge which will make the l exit status (60 €)
 Ideally placed, you can do everything on foot and leave your car on the private parking of the residence during the duration of your stay. The strolling alley and its dozens of shops that connects the beach of the pier to the port is in a parallel street
