Located in the heart of downtown Rennes, Le Petit Botté, a charming 16 m² studio, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, will be perfect for your stay of a few days or a few weeks in the city.

On the first floor, furnished with all the necessary comfort, it has a pleasant living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (hotplates, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker) and a shower room with WC. For the night, a double suspended bed will allow you to sleep very comfortably (excellent quality mattress).

Bed linen and towels are provided, free WiFi access throughout the apartment.

You will enjoy the hypercentre while being quiet, the studio overlooks an inner courtyard.
Close to Place de la République, you are close to all amenities: bus and metro lines within walking distance, shops, bars and restaurants, market of the Auction.
The main places of the city are within walking distance: Jacobins Convent, Fine Arts Museum, Thabor Park, etc.
