Its location allows you to visit La Rochelle without using your car (5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the old port and the Aquarium, 20 minutes from the beaches).
Bus lines and local shops within 100m.
On the ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining area (fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave,
Coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster ...)
- Lounge / dining room (TV, sofa, table 6 people).
