We offer our house in Saint Jean de Luz for rent. House overlooking the Rhune and the mountains, 5 minutes walk from the surf beaches and 20 minutes walk from the city center.
House on 2 levels: first, living room, large kitchen with glass roof (with sea view), dining room, 3 bedrooms with large closets (2 with bed 140 and 1 with 2 beds of 90), a bathroom (shower + bath), separate WC, terrace with dining area and lounge, plancha, south facing, mountain views. On the ground floor, billiards, 2 bedrooms (1 with bed 140 and 1 with 2 beds of 90 and a sofa bed 2 places), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and toilet.
Wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Closed garage.
The rental price is 2600 euros per week excluding cleaning (+ 100 €) and excluding linen (+ 100 €). We are very flexible on the days of arrival and departure ... You are not obliged to rent from Saturday to Saturday, to allow you to avoid traffic jams.

There are also 2 adult electric bicycles (100 € per bike per week) and 3 mountain bikes (20 € per bike per week).

Deposit required for rental and deposit in supplement for billiards.
