Our apartments are spacious and bright T2 located in the heart of the beautiful village of Sanary, on the ground floor south of a small luxury residence very recent, quiet and secure.
Access to apartments: 100% disabled.
Numbered parking space in the secure basement of the Residence.
Enjoyment of our private garden, a lovely green setting of 320 m2, exclusively reserved for the guests of our apartments. Very popular with children of all ages ... and their parents.

The Residence is located at the entrance of the pedestrian streets, everything is accessible on foot: port, marina, shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, painting galleries ... and our market classified "the most beautiful in France"! Two beaches nearby (on foot). The others are further from the city center.
Each accommodation can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Are you more numerous? Rent 2 or 3 at the same time!
PRICE (identical for the 3 accommodation): from 65 to 130 euros / night depending on duration and season. DISCOUNT for stays longer than 7 nights. As well as for group rentals (2 or 3 apartments). ESTIMATE established on request.

Each accommodation includes:
entrance hall, dining / living room, American kitchen, 1 bedroom, shower room (grab bar), separate WC (grab bar).
Terrace with dining table, chairs, armchairs, deckchairs, parasol.
- TERRA COTTA: 59 m2 + terrace 14 m2. Sleeping: 1 bedroom for 2 people, with a triple wardrobe. In the living room: 2 pull-out beds (90 x 190 cm).
- LOU BAMBOU (ad l415424): 55 m2 + terrace 41 m2. Sleeping: 1 bedroom for 2 people with a triple wardrobe. Plus 1 separate space with 2 bunk beds (90 x 190cm).
- SOUTH CAP (ad 1415454): 58 m2 + terrace 36 m2. Sleeping: 1 bedroom for 2 people, with a triple wardrobe. In the living room: 2 pull-out beds (90 x 190 cm).
Welcome baby: folding bed (60 x 120), high chair, bathtub, toilet seat reducer, plastic crockery. Small table with armchair.
Equipment :
New high quality bedding. Bed linen provided. (We prepare your beds before your arrival).
Appliances: fridge (192 L), freezer (98 L), dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster…. Washing machine, drying rack, iron. Vacuum. Hair dryer.
Television (80 cm flat screen).
Free at your disposal on request: DVD player. Raclette service, pizza service, skewer and chicken dish, wok.
