Located in a quiet environment, 450m from the beach of Port sea and 15 minutes walk from the tip of Grouin, this former barn converted into a house has been completely renovated and enlarged in 2018. You will have 150 m2 habitable as well as a large terrace facing south and a landscaped 800m2 with private parking that can accommodate several vehicles.

You enter through the extension giving onto a large fully equipped kitchen with a large table for 10 people and baby seat. You will find everything you need to cook on an induction cooker. The American fridge freezer with ice maker and crushed ice will help you prepare your cocktails.
For your coffee break or tea time, in addition to a coffee maker, you will also find a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle.
The kitchen communicates directly with a large living room consisting of two sofas and two rattan armchairs, as well as cushions, throws, a coffee table, two carpets, and a television.
A second dining area in addition to the kitchen is available in the dining room.
On the ground floor, you will also have a master suite equipped with a 160x200 bed (with private shower room and double sink), a separate toilet with washbasin.
On the floor, a landing serves four rooms, a room of shower and an independent TOILET.
Rooms 1,2 and 3 are equipped with a bed of 140x190, room 4 is equipped with 3 beds of 90x190. Possibility of putting an umbrella bed if needed. (Available)
The shower room is equipped with a double basin and storage cabinet and a towel dryer.
