The villa

Petra Rossa, modern villa built in 2015 on the heights of Arasu, near the beach of the cabanon blue.

An independent studio of 35m2 is located on the lower level, and offers a room with a bed 140x200, a living room and a kitchen, tv tnt open on a shaded terrace.

The exteriors
The villa is bordered by a landscaped garden of 1500m2, with a breathtaking sea view and a southern exposure. Surrounded by terraces with dining area with plancha and beautiful summer lounge.
