A minute walk from the beach and shops, the apartment is located in the city center, second line to the seafront. The panoramic view of the beach and the sea allows you from your terrace to admire the sea and in the distance the Pyrenees.
The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor in a small building which has a lift and a bicycle parking. The closure of the building is secured by a vigik system. It is located 50m from the beach and 100m from Charles de Gaulle (city center). The nearest bus stop is 250m (church). It is so quiet while being close to all shops, beach and entertainment.
Attention housing is on 2 levels which communicate by a relatively narrow and steep staircase
At the 1st level:
-an entrance with WC, a large storeroom with window and storage space
-a living room with sofa bed, a table, 2 chairs and 2 stools, a 80 cm flat screen TV
-a kitchen open to the living room with washing machine, 2 burner hob, multifunction oven, fridge and freezer, full kitchen and dish service.
-a bathroom with bathtub and storage
-a bay window opening onto a south-facing terrace and offering superb and unobstructed views of the sea and the beach. the terrace is equipped with a large electric awning and an electric shutter, a table and 4 outdoor chairs.
Upstairs
- a large bedroom with a double bed and a cupboard under the slope.
- a cabin with a single bed
The bedroom and the cabin have windows.
