Cabin in second line at the edge of the Bassin: the house is ideally located between the Mimbeau and the point in the heart of the 44 hectares, true natural jewel of Cap-Ferret. You can walk to the beach Mimbeau which is 50 meters (less than a minute walk) and the same way to the ocean which is 900 meters (10 min walk). The famous Chez Hortense restaurant is located nearby.

Delicately placed among the pines of the 44 hectares, this attractive colorful hut is completely covered with old wooden planks. The interior design reflects this same passion for wood, which gives this home the appearance of an adventurer's hut. It will seduce you as much by its authenticity as its privileged location in the heart of 44 Hectares, close to the basin. In this house you will live in harmony with nature and you will not need to move other than by bike or on foot. The calm that dominates in this house will allow to spend warm moments with family or friends. An awning will also allow you to eat on the terrace of 30m2 in the shade or sheltered from bad weather. Finally, you will have available 3 bikes thanks to which the amenities, shops and restaurants will all be less than 10 min.

The house consists of a bedroom with a 3-storey bunk bed and a double bedroom in the mezzanine overlooking the main room (this room being under the roof, a person can not stand completely straight). The two bedrooms share a bathroom.

In this house, high quality linen is provided and the beds are prepared just before your arrival with a set of bath for each person. The departure cleaning is of course included in the rent. When renting two weeks or more a full weekly cleaning is provided and a change of linen.
Finally, the Conciergerie du Ferret will welcome you and remain at your disposal throughout the stay. You will also enjoy the services that will be exclusively reserved.
