Large volumes, very bright, placed 50m from the big blue (direct access by staircase on the ledge), it overlooks a small garden of terraces where a small vegetable patch ... and 3 turtles. South-facing terrace overlooking the big blue, shaded by a hundred-year-old plane tree.

A large living room (47m2), an open kitchen, a glass roof and a bathroom (shower + WC) make up the ground floor. There is a second living room, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom (double shower + bath), and a WC on the first floor. On the second and last floor there is a large bedroom (25m2) with a double bed, a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom (shower + WC).

The 2 living rooms have a magnificent sea view: the one on the ground floor gives access to a large shaded terrace, the one on the first floor gives access to a small south-facing balcony.

It is not a second home, but the main residence of an architecture lover, amazed every day by the view of the bay of Marseille.

The Prophet's beach is 8 minutes' walk away. Malmousque is 5 mins walk.
