This 50 m2 apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator, in a quiet and very friendly family residence, with communal swimming pool, outdoor shower, flowered alley, and only 150 meters from the sandy beach and the promenade about 3 kilometers from the center with its supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops ...

It is designed for families with or without children or two couples, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

This one has:
- a large tiled terrace, with 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 large parasol, storage furniture, a clotheshorse with clips, and everything needed for cleaning. This terrace will also serve you to enjoy your cigarette.
- a living room with a large picture window that lets in the light in this room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed), a 40-inch TV, small coffee tables, living room furniture, air conditioning with remote control (salon refurbished in July 2019)
- a well-equipped American kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave, combined grill oven, large fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, fruit juicer for your vitamin intake, washing machine, electric plancha, and all the crockery equipment (all of the equipment was renewed in July 2019)
- an entrance with paterres, a shelf, a large mirror
- an independent modern style bedroom with a large wardrobe with its shelves and coat racks, a 160 cm led bed-safe to accommodate your suitcases during the stay, a very good quality mattress that will make you pass good nights of rest, a valet, an ironing board with its steam iron, and air conditioning with remote control (room refurbished in July 2019)
- a bathroom with 1 bath, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, a mirror, a cabinet for storing your personal belongings, a magnifying mirror, a hairdryer

In our service, we offer linens: large towels, small towels, washcloths, face towel, bath towel, dish towels, fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase, duvets, pillows.

La Pineda is a very family-friendly and lively seaside resort on the Costa Dorada, with its pine forests, fountains and children's play areas, its activities near the apartment:
- Port Aventura and Ferrari Land amusement park 3 km away
- Aquopolis water park 300 meters away,
- Aquum fitness center 300 meters away,
- "Pacha" nightclub 500 meters away,
- 18-hole golf course 3 km away
