It is a large 40 m² studio and a 12 m² terrace located on the ground floor of the residence.
The terrace is above a 20 km beach and a 10-minute walk from another large Ricanto / Tahiti beach.

You can admire the magnificent sea and city view.

The studio includes an entrance hall, an equipped kitchen open to the living / dining room / bed.

Deposit check of 500 euros (not cashed) requested on arrival and corresponding to the identity card of the rental company
