This authentic and art deco apartment will seduce you with its cement tiles, bow window, spacious spaces and multiple balconies. Renovated with care, you will appreciate the calm and the comfort, all in a decoration combining charm of old and modernity. It is conveniently located, 3 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the city center.
The apartment has three large bedrooms, each with its own balcony, study and dressing room.
The living room is bright and pleasant thanks to its two balconies and its bow window, the sofa is a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with large appliances and small appliances (toaster, kettle, coffee maker ...). You have at your disposal a hairdryer, an iron and towels in the bathroom.
Possibility to rent the garage for 10 euros / day.
The district of the station is labeled "Heritage of the twentieth century", you will find beautiful buildings of the Belle Epoque and the Entre Deux-Guerres. There are many shops near the apartment (catering, supermarket, pharmacy ...). Every Thursday morning, 100 meters, find a Mediterranean market in the shade of plane trees in the Belgian square.
Available and listening, I will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I will be present at the delivery and recovery of keys. Lover of good things, I can advise you many culinary addresses in the city and the department. I also put tourist documentation at your disposal in the apartment.
