Country house, adjoining an authentic castle of a country of Aix, about 140 m² for up to 6 people. The extraordinary place in the heart of the Aix countryside, 6 km from the city center of Aix-en-Provence, combines calm and proximity to all amenities. The TGV station is 10 minutes by car and Marseille-Provence airport 15 minutes.

Ground floor description:

- New and contemporary kitchen and dining area exposed south opening on the outside and equipped with a very functional and fully equipped kitchen.

- Lounge of nearly 40 m² with fireplace, flat screen TV, Bose home cinema and large glass doors with beautiful views of the countryside.

Description night area on the 1st floor:

The 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, two are facing south. Beautiful view of the countryside (not overlooked) or the castle park.
- Large master suite with a 160 cm bed, flat screen TV, bathroom in shades of gray tadelac, with 2 sinks and separate walk - in shower. Separate toilets. Office space (with printer on the mezzanine). A very spacious, pleasant room with an exceptional view.

- The other two rooms are the same size (approx 20m²), a neat decoration in light tones with beds of 160 cm. Small closet in one room, very large cupboard in the other. These two bedrooms share a beautiful and large second bathroom (only accessible by one of the two bedrooms) with two sinks and bath with shower and toilet.

- Central dressing room of approximately 10m² which can be shared between all rooms

The exteriors:

- A beautiful and neat outdoor area with sitting area and dining table under a large Tuareg tent to protect you from the sun. You can relax in this countryside-style outdoor area with olive and cypress trees and which is not fenced.

- Beautiful pool area with another beautiful view with olive trees and a natural stone wall that allow you to enjoy this space in privacy. The size of the pool is 10mx4m.
The pool area is complemented by a large and very pleasant sitting area is protected from the sun with large shading sails. A particularly charming place that will be revealed during your naps and your aperitifs.
Also found in the pool area: fitness equipment (treadmill, vibrating platform type powerplate, dumbbell), plancha and sun baths (6).

The house is located near the village Les Milles (all amenities with bakery, butcher, restaurants, bars, tobacco, newspapers, supermarket) 5 km from the city center of Aix-en-Provence. The TGV station is a 10-minute drive away and Marseille-Provence International Airport is 15 minutes away.
