The apartment, classified 4 stars, can accommodate 4 people, quiet and in the heart of the Cross of Life, 50m from the market, 200m from the port and 100m from the train station, the tourist office and a SPAR.

The large beach is accessible on foot as well as the beaches of Boisvinet.

The 63 m2 apartment includes: a shower room with a very large walk-in shower, double sink unit and washer-dryer. A cherry wood kitchen with central island and induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, nespresso, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner ... Oiled kempas parquet throughout the apartment. Living room with wardrobe, 140cm LCD TV, TNT, wifi, DVD, HiFi, a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other to accommodate 4 people. Closet in one bedroom and chest of drawers in the other.
