Charming apartment for 2 located in the heart of Chartrons area, historically the center of the wine negociants, the area goes from the Jardin Public gardens to the riverside, in between you have the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame street : shops, restaurants and antique shops are a few meters away.



The apartment measures 50m2, it is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a typical XVIII th century stone building. There is a bright living room, an open and fully equipped kitchen : fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, Nespresso. The bedroom has a double bed (size 140x200cm). Bathroom has a bath and seperate toilets. You also have a high speed internet connexion (with wifi), a TV and a DVD player.



You will be close to everything : 3 minutes from tramway station « Chartrons » and a Vcub stop (bike rental). You will find many cafés, restaurants close by, the CAPC (contemporary art museum), Chartrons market just down the street (thursday : organic, and sunday : farmer's market) : Friendly atmosphere you shouldn't miss !

You are also 2 tram stops away from Tourist information, 3 stops from Wine City, and the historical center is just 10 minutes away on foot, or 3 tramway stops.

Check-ins are normally planned in the afternoon, after 3:30pm (extra charge after 19:00 : 25€)
