Cocoonr offers you this superb 55 m² flat to rent in Nantes. It's located in a quiet, old building in the heart of Nantes. The flat has beautiful volumes and a modern and warm decoration. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it can very comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. Please note that this accommodation is eligible for the mobility lease. The accommodation consists of a living room, a fitted kitchen, a lounge, two bedrooms and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A lounge area with sofa, flat-screen TV and WiFi
- A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200), large wardrobe with hanging space and lockers
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160x200), small wardrobe and lockers
- Spacious shower room with large shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, clotheshorse, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- In the area known as ‘L'île Feydeau’ (because it used to be an island), you'll be just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants, car parks and transport.
- You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to strolling around, visiting the most beautiful monuments (the superb Château des Ducs de Bretagne, Place Royale and its pretty fountain or Place Graslin and its famous theatre).
- The Machines de l'île, with its famous elephant, is 4 tram stops away (1.5 km)
- The Cité des Congrès is 1 km away

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the ‘Feydeau’ public pay car park 100 m away or in the Ile Gloriette car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nantes train station, about 15 minutes' walk (1.1 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport, about 16 minutes by car (10.5 km)
- All three tram lines are within 2 minutes' walk, as are a number of bus routes to the “Commerce” stop. You are 5 minutes by tram from Nantes SNCF station (‘Bouffay’ or ‘Commerce’ stops).
- You can also choose the self-service bikes ‘Les Bicloos’ (a station is 2 min from the flat).
