The house is located in the heart of Rothéneuf, next to one of Saint-Malo's best bakeries. With a surface area of 80 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private courtyard. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival.
