La Conciergerie du Lac will be in charge of your welcome: thank you for informing them of your arrival time as soon as possible please. Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.
After 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival is not feasible in your accommodation, a supplement of € 20 will be requested.
