PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The apartment is tastefully and cozily decorated to make you feel at home.
Upon arrival, the living area welcomes you. It is divided into three spaces:

- Comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV
- Open and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher)
- Dining area for 6

This room opens onto the famous terrace, furnished with an outdoor living area, a barbecue, and electric plancha.

- The first master suite, designed for people with reduced mobility, offers a king-size bed (180cm), a large closet, a desk area, and a private shower room.
- The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160cm) and a large closet for added comfort.
- The second shower room (WC included) completes the apartment's space.

Please note: air conditioning can only be used for heating.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps in Impasse Ordan, you can choose from:

- Reach Mouré Rouge Beach to dip your toes in the water or sit on the terrace for a cocktail (less than four minutes)
- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping in our lovely stores (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket...)
- Stroll along the Croisette
- Change the ambiance and soak up the sun on a bench in the Jardin des Hespérides
- In less than ten minutes by car:
- Reach the Palais des Festivals
- Take the train to explore the French Riviera
- Explore the city center

Parking is free in the surrounding streets.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
