Room 4 is flexible according to the needs of double room children, or baby room or adult room with a queen-size bed 160 cm.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a large double sink bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, as well as a double shared dressing room.
At the entrance are independent toilets.
All bedding is recent, quality and very comfortable. Sheets, duvets, pillows and towels are provided.
On the wooden terrace of 220 m2, largely sheltered by shade sails, you will have at your disposal a dining table for 8/12 people, a large and pleasant garden furniture, deckchairs by the pool, 2 large parasols There is an outdoor kitchenette, a 10-person gas grill and a wood-fired barbecue.
You can also enjoy a ping-pong table, a very large trampoline and a slide for children.
For your comfort you will find at the entrance of our residential park a shopping center (1500 m from the house) with excellent bakery and butcher, pharmacy, doctors, nurses and physiotherapists, but also hairdresser, florist, supermarket, bank
On request we can put at your disposal the necessary for babies or young children (equipment, games, toys)
