Spacious 34 m2 apartment for 4 people, ACONIT Residence, consisting of a very well-equipped kitchen including hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, grill microwave, extractor hood and numerous storage cupboards. In the entrance, you will find a large storage cupboard for ski clothing, helmets, gloves, as well as a ski boot dryer. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed converting into a 160X200 bed, dining area, TV, all overlooking a small balcony open to the slopes. The night area consists of a vast bedroom with triple wardrobe, 2 twin 80X200 beds, separate WC, bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer, hairdryer, as well as a large cupboard in the corridor.



The apartment is located in the Aconit residence, in the sought-after Bruyères district, summer and winter, where you will find all shops, restaurants, ski rentals, tourist office,.... The residence is located at the foot of the slopes, 100 m from the aqua-leisure complex and the Speed Mountain (1000 m long rail luge). You have direct access to all stations of the 3 Valleys via the Bruyères cable car located 150 m from the residence, which allows you to access Val Thorens, Méribel and of course Les Menuires stations in a single mechanical lift.



Please note that the accommodation does not allow pets and is non-smoking, no WIFI, carpet flooring in the living room and bedrooms. Equipped with duvets and pillows. Public parking outside. A processing fee of €45 is to be expected from the agency.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent them through our agency upon request. (single bed €20; double bed €25, 2 towel kit €15) End of stay cleaning not included, (possibility to order the service: €90). A deposit of €450 will be requested when collecting the keys from the agency.
