In the beautiful residence LE RUITOR (formerly residence MAEVA) for your winter holidays in the snow, we rent this very nice 2 rooms facing south and offering a magnificent view of the valley. You will find at the entrance of the residence a ski locker and shoes in a secure, heated and ventilated room.

The studio entrance of 30 M2 is between the stay of one side and the room of the other thus preserving their independence during the night. In the entrance, a large closet, access to the bathroom with sink and bath, direct access to the separate toilet of the bathroom.

Then from the entrance, a door gives on the small room with cupboard and equipped with a clever convertible sofa convertible in either:
-A 3/4 seater sofa for the day (unobstructed bed room)
-2 bunk beds 80+ 1 third next to 80 (total 3 beds)
-1 large double bed 160 bringing the 2 beds down + 1 bed high 80
NOTE: The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old

From the entrance you finally have a door to the living room with kitchen (fridge, 4 hotplates, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, electric fondue cooker, electric raclette oven + all the necessary crockery and cutlery.

The living room also allows the sleeping of two adults in a large sofa convertible into a bed of 160 or 2 separate beds of 80.
For meals a table that can accommodate 6 people with 4 chairs and 2 stools. A small coffee table is available for aperitifs in the sofa.

A French window gives on the balcony of 5 m2 (with small table and 2 armchairs)
The accommodation is on the 8th floor of the residence on the same floor as the swimming pool (heated but only usable in summer)

Access to the resort and slopes is on the 9th floor, so only one floor per staircase or lift and the shops Villards are located about 200 m from the residence (5 minutes walk)
Similarly for access to the slopes at 250m (5 minutes walk) to the ski lifts (TRANSARC, Vagère, Carreley, Charmettoger)
No pets allowed. For the comfort of all tenants, the apartment is a non-smoking area.
Apartment available on Saturdays from 3 pm and leave free at 11 am the following Saturday.
Deposit: 500 € uncollected and returned after inventory and return of keys.
A "household" deposit check of 50 euros is also required

Bed linen and towels not provided.
- But possibility supply bed linen and toilet for 20 € / pers.

The apartment must be left clean at departure (complete cleaning and dishes to be done by the tenant, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products available)

PARKINGS
-A parking "Stop Minute" in front of the upper entrance of the residence (9th floor) allows easy unloading of luggage.
-A large OUTDOOR parking (paying the winter) is below the residence (access by elevator by low entrance of the residence)
 = Price: 83 € / week in winter
-Covered car parks (Villards and Charmettoger) are available nearby
= Price: 105 € / week only on reservation
-For all inquiries regarding Arc 1800 car parks:
