The kitchen is integrated, new and quality (granite, solid wood). It is equipped with hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and small appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron ironing), a gas water heater.
The dishes and furniture (extending table and chairs) are provided for 6 people.
The living room has a television and a satellite receiver to see all French TNT channels.

A "couple" room
With a 140 bed, a large wardrobe and a dresser, window overlooking the courtyard.

The rental also includes:
- private parking for at least 2 vehicles in front of the house
- a closed courtyard of 95 m2 at the back of the house, dunes side with large table and bench, barbecue and hard work plan.

These spaces are to be shared with other potential tenants of the 2 lower floors.
