Villa Chiquita is located on the Bay of Arcachon side Pyla, facing the peninsula of Cap Ferret. It enjoys an exceptional view over the basin, very clear (180 °), facing the Bernet benches which are discovered at low tide, forming charming pools of hot water.
Direct and private access to the beach at the end of the garden, gently sloping, by a small gate and some wooden steps from the large pier (the masonry overhanging part): sun loungers, beach hut with fridge, and hand shower desalinate.
The beach is relatively uncrowded, because equidistant from the 2 nearest public access.
The villa is accessible by a long private driveway, from a very quiet street (closed to cars except residents) close to the lively center of Moulleau (bars, restaurants, shops, departure of the sea shuttles).

• A parental suite, on one level with the living room and giving on the terrace facing the sea, including a room with bed in 180, a big office (with extra bed, TV, screen PC), and a room of bath with tub and Italian shower, style 30's.
